1. General Information

Top90 provides consulting and recruitment services to athletes seeking opportunities to play soccer at U.S. colleges and universities. By using our services, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Services

Top90 offers guidance and support throughout the U.S. college recruitment process, including but not limited to:

  • Player profile creation

  • Highlight video advice

  • Academic and eligibility support

  • SAT/ACT preparation

  • Coach communication

  • Scholarship guidance

  • Visa and relocation assistance

  • Ongoing player support

We do not guarantee placement, scholarships, or admission to any specific college or university. All placements and scholarship offers are made at the discretion of the respective institutions and coaches.

3. Payments

All payments for our services must be made as agreed upon at the time of registration or contract signing. Fees are non-refundable once services have begun unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy below. Any late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

At Top90, we are committed to helping every client find the right scholarship and college placement in the United States. Our goal is to work with each player until they receive an offer that fits their academic, athletic, and personal goals.

Eligibility for Refunds:
We only offer refunds in cases where we are unsuccessful in gaining any scholarship interest or offers for our client after a reasonable recruitment period and full cooperation from the player.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client receives one or more offers but chooses not to accept or pursue them.

  • The client changes their mind, decides to delay their process, or stops communicating with Top90.

  • The client fails to provide accurate or updated information, such as academic records, videos, or materials needed for recruitment.

Once scholarship offers or coach interest have been secured, the service is considered successfully delivered, even if the client decides not to continue.

Ongoing Commitment:
We remain dedicated to supporting each player beyond the initial offer stage, helping them refine their search and find the placement that suits them best. It is the client’s choice to continue or end their recruitment journey, but Top90 will always stay consistent in finding the right opportunity.

5. Ongoing Support During College

Our commitment doesn’t end once the player begins college. Top90 continues to provide assistance and guidance throughout the student-athlete’s journey.
This includes:

  • Support in cases of unexpected changes in college placement.

  • Assistance if a player becomes unhappy with their placement and wishes to transfer.

  • Guidance if a player decides to return home.

  • Help connecting players with summer teams or semi-professional opportunities in the U.S. or abroad.

We strive to ensure our clients feel supported throughout their entire college experience.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Respond promptly to communications related to their recruitment process.

  • Maintain academic and athletic standards required for U.S. college eligibility.

  • Follow visa and legal requirements when traveling or studying in the U.S.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data shared with Top90 will only be used for recruitment purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Top90 is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by U.S. colleges, universities, or coaches.

  • Changes to visa or immigration policies.

  • Injuries, travel delays, or personal losses related to sports or travel.

Our services are advisory and supportive — final outcomes depend on the player’s performance, eligibility, and institutional requirements.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse its content, upload harmful materials, or engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality. All text, images, and logos on this site are the property of Top90 and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

Top90 reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
